HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1986-11-17 NECESSITY BROADMOOR 22940 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENT OF BROADMOOR (MIDDLEBELT TO HARRISON) , SUNNYDALE (MIDDLEBELT TO ALEXANDER) AND TERRENCE (MIDDLEBELT TO HARRISON) • IN THE WEST 1/2 OF SECTION 13, CITY OF LIVONIA On November 17, 1986, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 55 p m Present Robert R Bishop, Joan McCotter, Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert E. McCann, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett, Ron Ochala Absent None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the street improvement of Broadmoor (Middlebelt to Harrison) , Sunnydale (Middlebelt to Alexander) and Terrence (Middlebelt to Harrison) in the West 1/2 of Section 13, City of Livonia There were approximately 50 people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
