MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED
DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT NO 31
On December 16, 1985, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
President of the Council at 9 12 p m. Present Robert R Bishop, Robert E
McCann, Fernon P Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett
and Peter A Ventura Absent None
The President stated that this is a public hearing on the question
of whether this City Council should establish the Livonia Industrial Development
District No 31 pursuant to Act 198 of the Public Acts of 1974, as amended,
petitioned for by Peter A Basile
There were approximately five people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
law consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 17 p m , December 16,
1985
