PROPOSED INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO 31

the President of the Council at 8 05 p.m Present: Robert R Bishop,
Joan McCotter, Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor, Robert D.
Bennett and Ron Ochala. Absent: None
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on the question
of whether this City Council should establish the Livonia Industrial Develop-
ment District No. 31, pursuant to Act No 198 of the Public Acts of 1974,
as amended, petitioned for by Peter A Basile
There were approximately 100 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk.
