MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROJECT PLAN BY
THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA
FOR JACOBSON STORES REALTY COMPANY
On November 18, 1985, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 9:26 p.m. Present Robert D. Bishop, Robert E.
McCann, Fernon P. Feenstra, Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett and Peter A. Ventura
Absent Alice Gundersen
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on whether this
City Council should approve the Project Plan recommended by the Economic Develop-
ment Corporation of the City of Livonia, consisting of the acquisition and
construction and equipping of a 150,000 square foot, 2-story commercial store
facility to be located on a project area between Newburgh Road on the East
side and North Laurel Park Drive.
There were approximately five people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 35 p m , November 18,
1985.
