HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1986-01-27 SAD CAMDEN AVE 22220 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS ON EXISTING WOOD POLES ON CAMDEN AVENUE, NORTH OF PLYMOUTH ROAD IN THE S.W. 1/4 OF SECTION 25 Ibm On January 27, 1986, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 28 p m. Present: Robert R Bishop, Joan McCotter, Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert D. McCann, Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett and Ron Ochala. Absent: None The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of 100 watt high pressure sodium street lighting system on existing wood poles on Camden Avenue, north of Plymouth, in the S W 1/4 of Section 25, City of Livooia. There were approximately 100 people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 30 p m , January 27, 1986 RO ERT F.
