HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1986-01-27 SAD BICENTNNIAL ESTATES 22221 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN BICENTENNIAL ESTATES SUBDIVISION NO 2 mm� On January 27, 1986, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 30 p m, Present: Robert R Bishop, Joan McCotter, Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett and Ron Ochala Absent None The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401 , as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of 100 watt high pressure sodium lights on Davitt poles in Bicentennial Estates Subdivision No 2, City of Livonia. There were approximately 100 people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:34 p.m. , January 27, 1986.
