MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO 85-12-2-47
On February 24, 1986, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order
by the President of the Council at 10 24 p m Present Robert R Bishop,
Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett and Ron Ochala Absent Joan McCotter,
Fernon P. Feenstra and Robert E McCann
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant
to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners
in accordance with said Ordinance 543, the City Council is opening a
public hearing relative to an appeal submitted by KFC Take Home Food Co ,
requesting permission to construct a restaurant proposed to be located on
the West side of Farmington Road, South of Schoolcraft Road in the Northeast
1/4 of Section 28, City of Livonia
There were approximately five people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 10 55 p.m. , February 24,
1986.
