HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1986-06-23 NECESSITY HARRISON 22595 ii• CITY OF LIVONIA MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF HARRISON (FIVE MILE TO LYNDON) , SUNBURY (JAMISON TO OAKLEY) AND OAKLEY (SUNBURY TO HARRISON), SECTION 24 On June 23, 1986, the above hearing was held at the City Hall , 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:10 P.M Present Robert R. Bishop, Joan McCotter, Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert E. McCann, Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett and Ron Ochala. Absent: None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the street improvement of Harrison (Five Mile Lto Lyndon), Sunbury (Jamison to Oakley) and Oakley (Sunbury to Harrison), Section 24, City of Livonia, Michigan. There were approximately seventy people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council , a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
