MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROJECT PLAN BY
THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA
FOR FOCDLAND DISTRIBUTORS
On June 23, 1986, the above hearing was held at the City Hall , 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the President of the Council
at 8:08 P.M. Present: Robert R. Bishop, Joan McCotter, Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert
E. McCann, Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett and Ron Ochala. Absent. None.
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on whether this City
Council should approve the Project Plan recommended by the Economic Development
Corporation of the City of Livonia, consisting of the construction and equipping
of an 80,000 square foot frozen food processing and warehousing facility to be located
at 12701 Middlebelt in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 26.
There were approximately seventy people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council , a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 09 P M , June 23, 1986
