HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1986-06-02 PETITION 1986-02-02-10 22548 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 86-2-2-10) (WAIVER USE) On June 2, 1986, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8.40 p.m. Present: Robert R Bishop, Joan McCotter, Fernon P Feenstra, Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett and Ron Ocbala, Absent: None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to Petition 86-2-2-10 an appeal, submitted by The Southland Corporation requesting approval to utilize an SDD license within a 7-Eleven Store to be located at the N.W. corner of Plymouth Road and Merriman in the S E 1/4 of Section 35 of the City of Livonia. There were five people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
