HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1986-03-26 NECESSITY HILLCREST AVE 22359 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS ON HILLCREST AVENUE, SOUTH OF SEVEN MILE ROAD On March 26, 1986, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7:05 p.m Present Robert R. Bishop, Joan McCotter, Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert E. McCann, Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett and Ron Ochala. Absent: None The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the installation of street lights on Hillcrest Avenue, South of Seven Mile Road, in Section 11 of the City of Livonia, Michigan. There were approximately 50 people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due Ibmconsideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
