HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1986-04-07 NECESSITY TERRENCE 22391 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENT OF TERRENCE, SUNNYDALE AND FOCH IN THE EAST 1/2 OF SECTION 13 OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA ima On April 7, 1986, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 10 p m Present Robert R Bishop, President, Joan McCotter, Fernon P Feenstra, Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett and Ron Ochala Absent None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the street improvement of Terrence, Sunnydale and Foch in the East 1/2 of Section 13 of the City of Livonia There were approximately 175 people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 55 p m , April 7, 1986 ‘°1041.1#4t X441/41°L ROBERT F NASH, CITY CLERK z
