HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1986-04-07 NECESSITY MELVIN 22392 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENT OF MELVIN AVENUE, SEVEN MILE TO CURTIS IN SECTION 11 OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA iftw On April 7, 1986, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 55 p m Present Robert R Bishop, President, Joan McCotter, Fernon P Feenstra, Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett and Ron Ochala Absent None The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the street improvement of Melvin Avenue, Seven Mile to Curtis in Section 11 of the City of Livonia There were approximately 50 people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 15 p m , April 7, 1986 /.
