MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST OF
PETER A. BASILE SONS, INC FOR AN INDUSTRIAL
FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE IN CITY OF
tis LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 26
On May 19, 1986, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 10 35 p m. Present: Robert R Bishop, Joan
McCotter, Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor, Robert D
Bennett, Ron Ochala Absent None
The President stated that this is a public hearing on the question
of whether this City Council should approve the Application for an
Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate as submitted by Peter A. Basile
Sons, Inc. covering new industrial facilities to be added onto his present
facility, located within the City of Livonia Industrial Development District
No. 26.
There were approximately five people present
Questions and comments form interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 10 45 p m , May 19, 1986
