MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO 84-9-2-32
On January 21, 1985 the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the President of
the Council at 7 03 P M. Present Robert R Bishop, Robert E McCann, Fernon P
Feenstra, Alice Gundersen and Gerald Taylor Absent• Robert D. Bennett and
Peter A. Ventura
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No.
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia and likewise pursuant to Notice
of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with
said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative
to a use permit submitted by Farmbrook Construction Co., Inc requesting
permission to construct a planned residential development on the east side of
Louise Avenue, north of Six Mile Road in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 11
There were approximately forty people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 55 P M., January 21,
1985.
