MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF DISTRICT NO. 23
(Air Gage Company)
On January 14, 1985 the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the Vice
President of the Council at 9:35 P M Present Gerald Taylor, Robert E. McCann,
Fernon P. Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert D. Bennett and Peter A. Ventura.
Absent: Robert R Bishop.
The Vice President stated that this is a Public Hearing on the question
of whether this City Council should establish the Livonia Industrial Development
District No. 23 pursuant to Act No. 198 of the Public Acts of 1974, as amended,
petitioned for by Air Gage Company.
There were approximately ten people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9:37 P M., January 14, 1985.
