immMINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OF MILBURN (PEMBROKE TO SOUTH OF GABLE), BRETTON, HALDANE
AND GABLE (SUNSET TO FLAMINGO); ST. MARTINS (SUNSET TO
MILBURN), AND SUNSET (NORTH AND SOUTH OF ST. MARTINS)
On March 11, 1985, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8:00 P M. Present. Robert R Bishop, Robert E. McCann,
Fernon P. Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett, Peter A.
Ventura. Absent: None.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.08,
Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City
Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the street improvement
of Milburn (Pembroke to South of Gable), Bretton, H'Ildane and Gable (Sunset to
Flamingo), St Martins (Sunset to Milburn), and Sunset (North and South of St
Martins), Section 2, City of Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately forty-five people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:45 p m , March 11, 1985
