MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 84-12-2-38 (Waiver Use)
On March 11, 1985, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8.50 P M. Present Robert R Bishop, Robert E McCann,
Fernon P. Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett, Peter A.
Ventura. Absent: None
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice
of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with
said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative
to a use permit submitted by Richard A Samrah requesting waiver use approval
for truck rental and storage within a facility proposed to be located on the
north side of Plymouth Road between Merriman and Middlebelt Roads in Section 26,
City of Livonia
There were approximately twenty people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 30 p m , March 11, 1985
