MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO 84-12-2-37 (Waiver Use)
On February 20, 1985, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 9:55 p.m Present Robert R Bishop, Robert E. McCann, Fernon
P. Feenstra, Gerald Taylor and Robert D Bennett Absent . Alice Gundersen and
Peter A Ventura.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to
Notice of Riblic Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance
with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative
to a request for waiver use approval to construct an auto repair facility on the
south side of Five Mile Road, between Santa Anita and Cavell Avenue, in the
Northeast 1/4 of Section 24
There were approximately 25 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk
The Riblic Hearing was declared closed at 11-00 p m , February 20, 1985
