HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1985-01-14 NECESSITY MUNGER 21391 Ifto MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF MUNGER (650' WEST OF MIDDLEBELT TO HENRY RUFF), SECTION 15 On January 14, 1985 the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the Vice President of the Council at 8 43 P.M Present Gerald Taylor, Robert E. McCann, Fernon P Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert D Bennett and Peter A. Ventura. Absent Robert R. Bishop The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the street improvement of Munger (650' West of Middlebelt to Henry Ruff), Section 14, City of Livonia, Michigan. There were approximately fifty people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera- tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
