HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1985-01-14 PETITION 1984-07-01-19 21390 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING PETITIONS On January 14, 1985 the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:02 P.M Present Gerald Taylor, Robert E. McCann, Fernon P Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert D Bennett and Peter A Ventura Absent. Robert R. Bishop Pursuant to Section 23.06 of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance, the City Clerk has duly published and mailed notices fifteen (15) days prior to the hearing date to those persons in the area affected by the proposed change and all other requirements of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance, have been fulfilled The Vice President stated that in accordance with the provisions set forth in Section 4 of Act 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1921, as amended, the Zoning ILAct (M.S.A. Section 5 2934), as well as Article XXIII of Ordinance 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, the Council of the City of Livonia is holding a public hearing relative to a request for a change in the Zoning Ordinance Petition No. 84-7-1-19 submitted by Noel A. Gage and James T. Mather for a change of zoning of property located on the South side of Plymouth Road, West of Alois Avenue in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 30 from RU F to R-1 and R-81I (Rural Urban Farm to One Family Residential and High Rise Multiple Family). Petition No. 84-8-1-26 submitted by the City Planning Commission for a change of zoning of property located on the Northwest corner of Six Mile Road and Newburgh Road in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 7 from C-2 to P.O.
