MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY SERVICE PLASTICS, INC.
FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE IN CITY OF
LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 22
On December 17, 1984, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8 25 P M. Present. Robert R Bishop, Robert E McCann,
Fernon P. Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett and
Peter A Ventura
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on the question
of whether this City Council should approve the Application for an Industrial
Facilities Exemption Certificate as submitted by Service Plastics, Inc
covering facilities to be located within City of Livonia Industrial Develop-
ment District No 22
There were approximately six people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8.31 P.M. , December 17,
1984
