MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROJECT PLAN BY THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA FOR SEDAR ENTERPRISES
On December 17, 1984 the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Tlvonia, Michigan and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8 23 P.M. Present Robert R Bishop, Robert E McCann,
Fernon P Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett and
Peter A Ventura
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on whether this
City should approve the Project Plan recommended by the Economic Development
Corporation of the City of Livonia, consisting of the construction of two
professional office buildings on the Southwest corner of Middlebelt Road and
Wentworth Avenue, City of Livonia
There were approximately six people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consider-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk
The FUblic Hearing was declared closed at 8:24 P M , December 17,
1984
