Imo MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY WONDERLAND SHOPPING CENTER
VENTURE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP C/O SCHOSTAK BROTHERS & COMPANY, INC FOR
AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
On December 17, 1984 the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8 21 P M Present. Robert R Bishop, Robert E McCann,
Fernon P Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett and
Peter A Ventura
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should approve the Application for an Industrial
Facilities Exemption Certificate as submitted by Wonderland Shopping Center
Venture Limited Partnership c/o Schostak Brothers & Company covering industrial
facilities to be located within City of Livonia Industrial Redevelopment District
No 1
There were approximately eight people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:22 P.M , December 17,
1984.
