HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1985-05-13 SAD ALEXANDER 21655 Lir MINUTES OF HTBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF ALEXANDER AND SUNBURY, SOUTH OF FIVE MILE ROAD TO JAMISON, IN SECTION 24. On May 13, 1985 the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7:09 p.m. Present: Robert R. Bishop, President, Robert E. McCann, Fernon P. Feenstra, Gerald Taylor and Robert D. Bennett. Absent: Alice Gundersen and Peter A. Ventura. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure, " the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the street improvement of various streets in Section 24. There were approximately twenty-one people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera- tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
