MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON JOY ROAD BUILDING DEMOLITION
On June 24, 1985, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice-
President of the Council at 8:25 p.m Present: Robert E. McCann, Fernon P.
Feenstra, Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett, Alice Gundersen and Peter A Ventura.
Absent: Robert R Bishop.
The City Clerk has mailed notices to those people affected and all
other requirements of Section 15.52.120 of the Livonia Code of Ordinances have
been fulfilled. The Vice-President stated that the City Council is opening a
public hearing on the demolition of a building located at 28566 and 28580 Joy
lbw Road, Section 26, City of Livonia.
There were approximately twenty people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consider-
ation by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:35 p.m. , June 24, 1985.
