MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED
DEVELOPMENT OF DISTRICT NO. 25
(INGERSOLL CUTTING TOOL COMPANY)
On May 13, 1985, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 7:00 p.m. Present: Robert R. Bishop, President, Robert E.
McCann, Fernon P. Feenstra, Gerald Taylor and Robert D. Bennett. Absent: Alice
Gundersen and Peter A. Ventura.
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should establish the Livonia Industrial Development
District No. 25, pursuant to Act No. 198 of the Public Acts of 1974, as amended,
petitioned for by Ingersoll Cutting Tool Company.
There were approximately twenty-one people present.
iestions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7:08 p.m., May 13, 1985.
