MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY CBS/FOX COMPANY FOR
AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE IN CITY OF
LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 13.
On June 3, 1985, the above hearing was held at the City Hall , 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 10 09 p.m Present Robert R. Bishop, Robert E. McCann,
Fernon Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert D. Bennett, Gerald Taylor and Peter A.
Ventura.
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should approve the Application for an Industrial
Facilities Exemption Certificate as submitted by CBS/FOX Company covering
industrial facilities to be located within City of Livonia Industrial Development
District No. 13.
There were approximately five people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due con-
sideration by the Council , a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 10 14 p.m. , June 3, 1985.
