MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE
IMPROVEMENT OF HOY (HENRY RUFF TO BEATRICE) AND
MELVIN (SOUTH OF FIVE MILE ROAD), IN SECTION 23
On July 22, 1985 the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8:05 p.m Present Robert R Bishop, Robert E McCann,
Fernon P Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett and
Peter A Ventura
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of PUblic
Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special
Assessment Procedure", the City Council is opening a public hearing on the
Assessment Roll for the street improvement of Hoy (Henry Ruff to Beatrice) and
Melvin (South of Five Mile Road), in Section 23
There were approximately 130 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 40 p m , July 22, 1985
