MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 85-5-2-16
On July 22, 1985 the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice-
President of the Council at 10.26 p m Present Gerald Taylor, Robert E McCann,
Fernon P. Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert D Bennett and Peter A Ventura.
Absent: Robert R Bishop
The Vice-President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to
Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance
with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative
to a permit submitted by DiConti Architects, requesting permission to construct
a restaurant at the southwest corner of Farmington and Schoolcraft Roads in the
ihm northeast 1/4 of Section 28, City of Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately 10 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 10:45 p m , July 22, 1985.
