MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
OF DISTRICT NO. 29 - HERCULES DRAWN STEEL CORPORATION
On September 16, 1985, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8.07 P.M. Present. Robert R. Bishop, Robert E.
McCann, Fernon P. Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett
and Peter A. Ventura. Absent: None.
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should establish the Livonia Industrial Development
District No. 29, pursuant to Act 198 of the Public Acts of 1974, as amended,
petitioned for by Hercules Drawn Steel Corporation.
There were approximately thirty people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City

Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:16 P.M. , September 16, 1985.
