MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE
Imo STREET IMPROVEMENT OF MILBURN (PEMBROKE TO SOUTH OF GABLE), BRETTON, HALDANE
AND GABLE (SUNSET TO FLAMINGO); ST MARTINS (SUNSET TO MILBURN); AND SUNSET
(NORTH & SOUTH OF ST MARTINS) IN THE S W 1/4 OF SECTION 2
On August 26, 1985, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of
the Council at 8 45 p m Present Robert R Bishop, Robert E McCann, Fernon P
Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett and Peter A Ventura
Absent: None
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401,
as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Makin; of Public Improvements,
Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure, "
the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the street
improvement of Milburn (Pembroke to South of Gable), Bretton, Haldane and Gable
(Sunset to Flamingo); St. Martins (Sunset to Milburn); and Sunset (North & South of
St Martins) in the S W. 1/4 of Section 2, City of Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately 60 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 00 p m , August 28, 1985
