lbw MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 85-7-2-24 (Waiver Use)
On October 2, 1985, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of Council
at 7:32 P.M. Present- Robert R. Bishop, Fernon P. Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Gerald
Taylor, Robert D. Bennett and Peter A. Ventura. Absents Robert E. McCann.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public
Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with Petition No.
85-7-2-24, submitted by Marion Curtis Morgan requesting permission to utilize an SDD
license within an existing party store located on the south side of Plymouth Road
between Middlebelt and Garden in the N.W. 1/4 of Section 36, City of Livonia.
There were approximately five people present.
LQuestions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7•58 P.M., October 2, 1985.
