MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY
INGERSOLL CUTTING TOOL COMPANY FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
ImwIN CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 25
On August 14, 1985, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice-President
of the Council at 8.05 p.m Present. Gerald Taylor, Fernon P Feenstra, Alice
Gundersen, Robert D Bennett and Peter A Ventura. Absent. Robert R Bishop and
Robert E. McCann.
The Vice-President stated that this is a Public Hearing on the question
of whether this City Council should approve the Application for an Industrial
Facilities Exemption Certificate as submitted by Ingersoll Cutting Tool Company
covering industrial facilities to be located within City of Livonia Industrial
Development District No. 25.

Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The Riblic Hearing was declared closed at 8.15 p m , August 14, 1985
