MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON INCREASING PROPERTY TAXES
On October 14, 1985, tha above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 7 00 P.M. Roll was called and present were Robert R Bishop,
Fernon P. Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett and
Peter A. Ventura Absent Robert E McCann
The President stated that in accordance with provisions of law, this
Public Hearing was being held in connection with the truth in taxation hearing,
as required by Act 5 P.A. 1982, regarding the millage rate to be levied in 1986.
There were approximately 35 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 30 P.M. , October 14, 1985.
