HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1984-05-22 NECESSITY MARIE 20938 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS ON MASON AVENUE BETWEEN MARIE AND HOUGHTON, SECTION 19 On May 22, 1984, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:28 P.M. Present: Robert R Bishop, Robert E McCann, Fernon P. Feenstra, Gerald Taylor, Peter A Ventura. Absent: Alice Gundersen and Robert D Bennett. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for street improvement of Mason Avenue between Marie and Houghton, Section 19, City of Livonia, Michigan. There were approximately thirty people present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera- tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
