MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE APPLICATION FOR INDUSTRIAL
FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE FROM WAYNE DISTRIBUTING CO. , INC.
On May 22, 1984, the above hearing was held, at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8-02 P.M. Present: Robert R Bishop, Robert E McCann,
Fernon P. Feenstra, Gerald Taylor and Peter A Ventura. Absent . Alice Gundersen
and Robert D Bennett.
The President stated that this is a public hearing on the application
for industrial facilities exemption certificate from Wayne Distributing Co. ,
Inc pursuant to Act No 198 of the Public Acts of 1974, as amended,
petitioned for by Wayne Distributing Co , Ine.
There were approximately forty people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 .0,14 P.M., May 22, 1984
