MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE IMPRO
OF WEYHER AVENUE, NORTH OF S MILE ROAD, SECTION 1
On May 22, 1984, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8.05 P.M. Present . Robert R Bishop, Robert E McCann,
Fernon P Feenstra, Gerald Taylor and Peter A. Ventura Absent. Alice Gundersen
and Robert D Bennett.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.08,
Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City
Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the street improvement
of Weyher Avenue, North of Seven Mile Road, Section 1, City of Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately forty people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The PUblic Hearing was declared closed at 8.27 P.M , May 22, 1984
