HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1984-05-01 NECESSITY MYRNA 20877 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF MYRNA, BETWEEN MERRIMAN AND HUBBARD, SECTION 15 On May 1, 1984, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice President of the Council at 8 58 P.M. Present Gerald Taylor, Robert E McCann, Fernon P. Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert D Bennett and Peter A. Ventura. Absent: Robert R. Bishop. The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.08 entitled "Special Assessments" of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the street improvement of Myrna, between Merriman and Hubbard, in Section 15 of the City of Livonia, Michigan There were approximately forty-five people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
