MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROJECT PLAN BY
THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA
FOR ACTION DISTRIBUTING CO. , INC. PROJECT
On June 13, 1984, the above hearing was held at the City Hall , 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the Vice President
of the Council at 7 50 p m Present. Gerald Taylor, Robert E. McCann, Fernon
Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert D Bennett, Absent Peter A Ventura, Robert
R Bishop.
The Vice President stated that this is a Public Hearing on whether
this City Council should approve the Project Plan recommended by the Economic
Development Corporation of the City of Livonia, consisting of the construction
of a 116,500 sq ft. building to be used as office and warehouse facilities
for Action Distributing Co , Inc. , located at 35601 Veronica Drive, on approximately
4 75 acres
There was approximately 1 person present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council , a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 53 p.m. , June 13, 1984
