HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1984-05-01 NECESSITY INGRAM 20876 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF INGRAM AVENUE BETWEEN FIVE MILE AND MYRNA IN SECTION 15 On May 1, 1984, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice President of the Council at 8 :27 P.M. Present Gerald Taylor, Robert E. McCann, Fernon P. Feenstra, Alice Gandersen, Robert D. Bennett and Peter A. Ventura Absent : Robert R Bishop The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.08 entitled "Special Assessments" of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the street improvement of Ingram Avenue, between Five Mile and Myrna, in Section 15 of the City of Livonia, Michigan. There were approximately sixty-five people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
