HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1984-04-30 SAD BICENTENNIAL PARK 20872 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REVISED ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN BICENTENNIAL PARK SUBDIVISION IN THE S.W ¼ OF SECTION 4 On April 30, 1984, the above hearing was held at the City Hall , 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:02 p.m. Present. Robert R. Bishop, Robert E. McCann, Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett, and Peter A. Ventura. Absent: Fernon P. Feenstra. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401 , as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Sepcial Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the revised Assessment Roll for the installation of a high pressure sodium street lighting system in Bicentennial Park Subdivision in the S.W. ¼ of Section 4, City of Livonia, Michigan. There was no one present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council , a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
