MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO 84-2-2-7 (Waiver Use)
On May 1, 1984, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of
the Council at 9.31 P.M Present: Gerald Taylor, Robert E McCann, Fernon P
Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert D Bennett and Peter A. Ventura. Absent:
Robert R. Bishop
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice
of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with
said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to
a use permit submitted by Peter Romain requesting waiver use approval to utilize
an SDD license in connection with an existing party store located on the northeast
corner of Joy Road and Cardwell in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 36, Livonia
There were two persons present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9:40 P.M., May 1, 1984.
