MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO 84-3-2-14 (Waiver Use )
On June 27, 1984 the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of
the Council at 9:34 P.M. Present. Robert R Bishop, Robert E McCann, Fernon
P Feenstra, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett, Foter A Ventura Absent .

The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice
of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with
said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative
to a use permit submitted by Reighard. International Trucks, Inc requesting
permission for outside storage of trucks as a waiver use on property zoned M-1
and located south of Eight Mile Road between Osmus and Merriman Road in the
Northeast 1/4 of Section 3, City of Livonia
There were approximately eight people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9:47 P M , June 27, 1984
