HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1984-07-23 SAD ALLEYS 21050 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENT IN ALLEYS IN SECTION 35 On July 23, 1984, the above hearing was held at the City Hall , 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8.37 p m. Present Robert R Bishop, Robert E McCann , Fernon P. Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor, and Peter A. Ventura Absent: Robert D Bennett The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401 , as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and A Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the street improvement of alleys located west of Middlebelt and south of Dover and north of Joy, between Middlebelt and Fremont, in Section 35, City of Livonia, Michigan. There were approximately 2 people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council , a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8`4l p m. , July 23, 1984. .�� .
