L MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE
STREET IMPROVEMENT IN B.E. TAYLOR'S SCHOOLCRAFT MANOR SUBDIVISION NOS. 1 AND 2
On July 23, 1984, the above hearing was held at the City Hall , 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the
Council at 8 05 p m. Present Robert R. Bishop, Robert E McCann, Fernon P
Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor, and Peter A Ventura Absent Robert
D. Bennett.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No.
401 , as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public
Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special
Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the
Assessment Roll for the street improvement in B. E Taylor's Schoolcraft Manor
Subdivision Nos. 1 and 2 in Section 23, City of Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately 30 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council , a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 37 p m , July 23, 1984.
