MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 84-5-2-19 (Waiver Use)
On July 23, 1984, the above hearing was held at the City Hall , 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the President of the
Council at 8 57 p m Present Robert R Bishop, Robert E McCann, Fernon P.
Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor, and Peter A ventura Absent Robert
D Bennett
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 543, the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public
Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with use permit
submitted by Albert Iafrate, 'requesting a waiver use approval to construct a
muffler/shock installation shop on the South side of Plymouth Road between Farmington
and Stark Roads in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 33, City of Livonia
There were approximately three people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council , a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 15 p m July 23, 1984
