MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 84-5-1-16 (Rezoning)
On August 15, 1984, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice
President of the Council at 8:49 P M. Present Gerald D Taylor, Robert D
Bennett, Robert E McCann and Fernon P Feenstra Absent Peter A Ventura,
Alice Gundersen and Robert R Bishop
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and pursuant to Notice
of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance
with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing
relative to an appeal submitted by Robert Chouinard for a change of zoning
of property located on the west side of Farmington Road, south of Norfolk
in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 4 from RUFA to P S
There were approximately six people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9.03 P.M. , August 15, 1964
