MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING PETITIONS
On September 19, 1984 the above hearingwas held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8.39 P.M Present . Robert E McCann, Robert E
Nash, Fernon P Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett
and Peter A Ventura Absent . None
Pursuant to Section 23 06 of Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance,
the City Clerk has duly published and mailed notices fifteen (15) days prior
the hearing date to those persons in the area affected by the proposed
change and all other requirements of Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance,
have been fulfilled
The President stated that in accordance with the provisions set
forth in Section 4 of Act 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1921, as
amended, the Zoning Act (M S A Section 5 2934), as well as Article XXIII
of Ordinance 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, the Council
of the City of Tivonia is holding a public hearing relative to a request
for a change in the Zoning Ordinance
Petition 814-6-1-17 submitted by E and G Faolucci for a change of
zoning of property located on the south side of Seven Mile Road between Brentwood
and Harrison in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 12 from RUF to C-1 (Rural Urban Farm-
One Family Residential to Local Business)
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 28 P M , September 19,
1984
