MINUTES OF THE PUBLIC HEARING ON PROJECT PLAN BY THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA FOR AMERICAN CO I TY MUTUAL INSURANCE
COMPANY
On September 19, 1984 the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 9:29 P M Present were Robert R Bishop,
Robert E McCann, Fernon P Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor, Robert
D Bennett and Peter A Ventura Absent None
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on whether this
City Council should approve the Project Plan recommended by the Economic
Development Corporation of the City of Livonia consisting of the construction
of additional office space for the Home Office of the Applicant, American
Community Mutual Insurance Company
There were approximately two people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The FUblic Hearing was declared closed at 9 35 P.M., September 19,
1984
